Features of Wheat Maize Seed Grain Gravity Separator Cleaning Machine

 The Grain Seed Gravity separator can efficiently remove moldy kernel, immature shriveled, insect damaged seed or broken seed to ensure maximum quality of the final product. The Beans Gravity Separator can be used to separate most kinds of seed and grains, such as wheat, barely, maize, corn etc.

 

Working Principle

1. By air aspiration and sieve oscillation, seed is fluidized and stratified.

2. Heavy seed sink into the sieve bottom layer, while light seed suspend to the top layer.

3. Using air distribution,the material being fed through is precisely separated into three fractions according to   specific gravity:high-density(heavy),mixed,and low-desity fractions.

4. After stratified, seed go forward to the discharging part.

5. Bottom layer good seed and mixture quality seed fall through the sieve discharge from different outlets successively. Top light seed with bad quality was discharged directly.

6. Mixed quality seed in the middle layer fall through sieves and return back by vibrate feeding groove.
